Our Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for most electronics, appliances, and accessories. To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be in their original packaging, include all accessories, and be in “like-new” condition.
How to Initiate a Request
Submit a Request: Visit the Urbanhive [Return Portal] and enter your Order ID and email address.
Verification: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Shipping: Once approved, you will receive a Prepaid Shipping Label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Resolution: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit immediately.
Replacements for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Urbanhive Logistics Team within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a priority replacement at no additional cost to you to ensure your home setup is back on track.
Key Conditions
Restocking Fees: A standard restocking fee may apply to opened high-value electronics.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and software with broken seals cannot be returned.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once the return is processed.
